- Head table, cake table, buffet,
coffee and pastry tables will all be skirted and
included in the dinner pricing
- Dinner pricing includes:
bartenders, soft drinks, mixes, plastic glasses, ice and
assorted garnishes. Lessee will provide own liquor, wine
and beer. (No bottle or keg beer. Can beer only.)
- Delivery of alcoholic beverages
and other items (decorations, etc.) may be done two days
prior to event between 4:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m.
- Security arrangements will be
made for functions of 200 or more with a 4-hour minimum
subject to hourly rate charged by area police
- Deposit of $500 is required at
time of booking and is non-refundable with balance due
upon completion of event
- Functions will end at 11:00 p.m.
and the facility will be cleared of belongings and
guests by 11:30 p.m. or lessee will be subject to an
additional charge of $100 per hour. Bar will be closed
one half hour prior to end of event
- Guest guarantee must be made one
week prior to booking date
- Facility and connected areas are
non-smoking, including the bar area. Guests are asked to
use the receptacles outside the building
- Various colors of linen napkins
are available for selection
- Candles must be contained for
safety reasons
- Additional decorations must be
approved by the catering manager. No decorations on the
walls or windows and no confetti on tables. Lessee may
have access to the facility for a maximum of two hours
prior to the event for decorating
- Cake delivery and DJ service set
up can begin at 2 p.m. on the day of the event
- Use of bathroom or other areas is
prohibited for the purpose of dressing of the bridal
party or guests
- Lessee will be responsible for
any damage to the facility during the event caused by
either guests of the lessee and may be subject to
forfeit of deposit
- Lessee and guests are absolutely
prohibited from access to the Sanctuary and church areas
during the course of the event
- Greenery for buffet table, cake
table and head table is included
- Small oil lamps are FREE
- Votive candles on cake table,
pastry table are FREE
- Glass ivy bowls - $1.00 each /
with colored glass stones .50 extra
